Survivors include his wife, Susanna Jacks of Hazel Green; three daughters, Christine Jacks of Houston, TX, Sabrina Jacks of New Orleans, LA and Lisa Holder of Fayetteville, TN; one son, Terry Wayne Simmons of Tuscaloosa, AL; six grandchildren; mother, Rubie Jacks; sister, Barbara Jacks McAnally both of Huntsville, AL; brothers, Donald Jacks of Alexandra, VA; Clark Jacks of Pearl City, Hawaii and Larry Jacks of Colorado Springs, CO.
