Steven Bartrom, 60, passed away at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Mr. Bartrom was born August 4, 1952 in Huntington to Mark and Barbara Williamson Bartrom. Steve was married to Kay MacDonald on December 2, 1991 in Huntington, Indiana. He graduated in 1969 from Huntington North High School. Mr. Bartrom served in the Marine’s in Vietnam. He later worked in Tool and Die repair at Dekko Stamping in Garrett, IN. He was a life member of the VFW #2689 and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Survivors include: His father: Mark Bartrom, South Whitley, IN and His mother: Barbara Bartrom, Huntington, IN. His wife: Kay Bartrom, Huntington, IN. Two daughters: Michelle (Joel) Newport, Memphis, TN and Anna (Thomas) Hobbs, Huntington, IN.
Also survived by a brother: Bret Bartrom, Anchorage, Alaska and a sister: Kimberly Pinkerton, Wabash, IN. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Howard Bartrom and Daniel Bartrom.
