Steven Allen Kamplain, age 66 died 5/23/2022 suddenly with his family by his side.
He was born 5/19/1956 in Albuquerque, NM to Edward Allen Kamplain and Janet Louise Kamplain.
The family moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in February of 1970 where Steve graduated from Fruita Monument High School in 1974.
Steve was a member of the Mesa County Sheriff’s Posse for many years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and was very dedicated to his family. He was hard working and always willing to help anyone that needed it.
Steve was preceded in death by his wife Lynn Kamplain, as well as his Mother Janet Louise Kamplain and Father Edward Allen Kamplain.
Steve is survived by his sons: Joshua (Jodi) Kamplain, Jeremiah (Misty) Kamplain, Jacob (Catherine) Kamplain. His brother Tom (Debbie) Kamplain as well as his Grandchildren: Zoie Kamplain, Grace Kamplain, Janet Kamplain, Tyler Hoover, Mason Kamplain, Onyx Kamplain and one great grandchild Violet Harrah.
