Steve was born in Hannibal, MO to Ronald and Genevieve (Seykora) Webster. He is survived by his parents, one son Lucas of Leon, IA, Brothers Eddie of Morris, IL; Jim (Patti) of Chariton, IA; Gary (Diane) of Indianola, IA; and Tom (Kelly) of Lucas, IA. Sisters Rosanne (Donnie) Epperson of Center, MO; and Teresa (Steve) Hegre of Woodburn, IA; as well as numerous neices and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by grandparents Leon and Helen Webster, John and Elizabeth Seykora and one niece Jennifer Epperson. He graduated from Chariton High School.
