Steve “Stevo” Spilger, 52, passed away Saturday November 5, 2016 at home.

He was the youngest child of three and only son born to Gene and Lou Spilger on October 2, 1964.   Steve was a beloved husband, son, brother, father, grandfather and friend.

Steve was employed by McDonald Douglas and then Boeing for almost 30 years.  He was a gifted machinist and worked on many aerospace projects.  Some of the parts he so proudly created are still orbiting the earth today on the International Space Station.

He is pre-deceased by his mother Lou.  He is survived by his wife Kathy, son Christopher and wife Ann, grandsons River and Dylan, father Gene Spilger, sister Pat Rose and husband Chris, children Jesy, Amanda and Jake of Merritt Island, FL; and sister Kristy Pruitt and husband Michael, children Chelsea of Melbourne and Deann and James of St. Petersburg.
