Sterling Kenneth Boone, 73, died Saturday night April 8, 2017.
Sterling was born February 9, 1944 in Yates, MO, to Roosevelt Oliver and Irene (Wayland) Boone.
He had attended Timmons Temple and had worked for the City of Moberly for many years.
Survivors include his children, Marjorie Haney and husband Roderick, Vickie Brown, Darrell Brown, Michael Fugate and wife Michelle, Rosa Collins and husband Brian all of Moberly, and Malcolm Boone of Columbia, 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; a brother Roosevelt Oliver and wife Brenda of Blue Springs, MO; three sisters, Junetta Boone and David Payne of Moberly, Lucille Davis of Paris, and Barbara Oliver of Kansas City, MO; and a special friend Frances Brown of Moberly; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Sterling was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, three brothers, and three nephews.
