On June 14, 2022, Stephen W. Greene slipped the surly bonds of earth and touched the face of God. Steve loved God, his family, his Raider family and the Rockledge community.
Steve was born June 23,1948 in Morristown NJ and raised in Summit, NJ. He received his BA from Rollins College and his MS from Stetson University. He was drafted and served in the United States Air Force from 1972 to 1976.
Steve leaves behind his wife Terri, his son David, his daughter-in-law Sarah, and his grandchildren Zachary and Emelia as well as his sister Toby Jackson, brother-in-law Tad, and her daughters and their families. His son Joshua predeceased him while serving in the US Navy.(1999)
The outpouring of support in recent weeks from his former students and the Rockledge Community has been awesome.
