Stephen “Steve” Barlow, age 63, of Cullman, AL passed away on February 18, 2017. Steve was a graduate of E.B. Erwin High School, class of 1972. He served as a police officer for the Birmingham and surrounding communities for over 40 years before retiring; he mostly served the Tarrant community as a school resource and D.A.R.E officer and softball team. Steve was preceded in death by his sister Kimberly Barlow Hill and grandparents, George H. and Ila Mae Barlow. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Barlow Conner (Shane) and the whole Cullman softball team; mother, Margie Caslin; brother, Rick Barlow; niece, Sara Price; nephew, Lyle Barlow; two great nephews, Caleb and Campbell and one great niece, Isabella.
