COCOA, FL- Stephen “Scotty” Tinsley, Jr., 41, passed away peacefully, Sunday morning, March 15, 2020, at home. Scotty was born October 3, 1978 in Cocoa Beach, Florida and was proud to be a 2nd generation native Floridian. He formerly worked for Brevard County Road and Bridges while also managing his state wildlife trapping business maintaining live hog nuisance removal from NASA and other areas throughout Brevard. His passions were hunting, fishing, family, history, and a quest for knowledge.
He is survived by his wife, Siobhan Ryan; daughter, Morgan Tinsley; mother, Betsy Millen; sister Ashley Lightholder (Cameron); niece, Alexa Jameson; nephew, Nash Lightholder, all of Cocoa, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is predeceased by his father, Stephen Scotty Tinsley Sr.
