Stephen Randall Ashley, 57, died on June 30 2017, at UAB hospital. He was born in San Diego, CA and was a native of Gilbertown, AL. He graduated from Leroy High School and Thomasville Trade School (now Coastal Community College). He also attended UWA. “Randy” was an electrician that worked in chemical plants. He was the oldest of three boys he loved to hunt and fish. Randy was an easy going, caring gentleman. He was the kind of person to give you the shirt off his back. Randy loved his family and cherished his 2 nephews, Andrew and Aaron. Randy also loved his dogs, especially his beloved dog, Lori. He always stayed busy and enjoyed helping others.
