Stephen Paul Hawkins, 55, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on November 15, 2013, at his residence due to respiratory failure. Born January 22, 1958, he is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Eugenia Robison Hawkins. He was raised in Lakeland and attended Lakeland High School.
He is survived by his partner, Vickie Gainey; son, SGT Christopher Adair Hawkins and wife Melissa of Ft. Hood, Texas; brothers, Stuart and wife Bobbie and Alex and wife Morgan both of Jacksonville, Florida; two nieces and two nephews.
He was a Master Shoe Repairman at Swift Shoe Repair for almost 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and helping other people.
