Details: Stephen Keene was born November 25, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late LeRoy and Bessie Keene. He was raised as a Christian. The youngest of fifteen children, Stephen was affectionately known as “Stephie” and “Beff”. Early Sunday morning, September 16, 2012, our hearts were broken when he was suddenly taken from us.Stephen attended Baltimore City Public Schools. He graduated from Northern High School in 1980. After graduating high school, he enlisted into the United States Army. He served in the Army from July 1980 through July 1983 at which time he was honorably discharged.
