He lived an exemplary life in the face of adversity.
He did the will of God, immobile and technically speechless. Yet, the light of God shone through him. And he gave his love to all who would receive it.
Honor, privilege, and blessing it was to care for and to be loved by this gentle, sweet person. Who appreciated goodness, laughter and felt and received our love unconditionally.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. – Amen. Love you Stephen!
