Stephen E. & Cheryle D. Dennis Doll, 64, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2007, as a result of a motorcycle accident in Union County. She was born April 2, 1943, and attended Ball State University.
He was born on August 30, 1942, and graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Industrial Arts. Cheryle retired from Anderson Family Practice and Stephen retired from the Guide Lamp Division of General Motors after more than 30 years of service.
They attended Madison Park Church of God and loved to travel. They took many long motorcycle rides together with friends. They traveled through California, Florida, Canada, Colorado, and many other places.
Stephen was a member of the Masonic Lodge and had been appointed to the Sheriff’s Merit Board. He was an avid woodworker and furniture maker.
They are survived by their two children, Todd & wife Darlene Doll from West Chester, Ohio, and Amy & husband Adam Nevins of Russiaville; three grandchildren, Sarah Nevins who called Cheryle memaw, Brody Nevins who called Stephen papaw, and Kiley Doll who referred to them as Mimi and papa. Also surviving are many special friends.
