Stephen D. Milligan, 70, of New Whiteland, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019. He was born to David and Rosemary (Leist) Milligan on February 10, 1949 in Bloomington.
Stephen worked for Lucent Technologies as a printing tech for 30 years, retiring in 2000. He married Cheryl (Ruppert) Milligan on January 18, 1980 in Indianapolis, she survives. Family was very important to Stephen. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Stephen would attend all of his grandkid’s events. He loved Harley Davidson. Stephen loved to go golfing and play bingo.
Including his wife, Stephen is survived by his two children, Jon (Kari) Mann of Camby and Stacey Milligan Greenwood; his sisters, Patricia (Robert) Miller of Butler, Pennsylvania and Isabella (Charles) Rosetto of Greenwood; his sister-in-law, Vicki Babcock; his four grandchildren, Noah Mann, Abby Mann, Ally Mann, and Kayden Milligan; and many nieces and nephews.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, David and Rosemary (Leist) Milligan; his brother, Paul Milligan; his sister, Marian (Stephen) McGrew; and his daughter, Susan Milligan.
