Stephanie Jae Whalon, 36, of Anderson, passed away on April 10, 2016 at the St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1979 in Anderson, where she resided most of her life.
She was currently pursuing her CNA certification.
She was a very creative individual, who loved to host and cook for her family and friends. She had a passion for style and design, and dreamt about becoming a wedding designer. Her family meant the world to her.
Stephanie is survived by her loving husband whom she married on December 10, 2011, Adam K. Whalon; her children, Kyle and Jaedyn Madison Wade, siblings, John Zirkle, Mike Zirkle, Mindy Hall, and Heather Zirkle; step-mother, Eva Lacey; grandmother, Janet Dobbs; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Patricia Whalon, and sister-in-law, Fayth Whalon. Also surviving is her cousin, Jamie Martin Manning, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Max Zirkle; and her great-grandmother whom she was very close to, Wanda Keesling.
