Stephanie Hoffman, 91, of Bethlehem died Sunday, October 16, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. Born in Santa Cruz, Aruba, she was the daughter of the late Pedro and Clemente (Dykoff) Maduro and a graduate of high school in Aruba. Stephanie was employed at Just Born, Inc. for several years when her children were young. When her children were in high school, she began a 32 year career as a quality control technician at B. Braun Medical, Inc., Allentown retiring in 2002. She attended Saints Simon and Jude’s Church, Bethlehem. When her children were young, Stephanie was a den mother for the local Boy Scouts.
Survivors: Children, John Peterson and his wife Patricia, Nanet Peterson all of Bethlehem, Robert Peterson and his wife Elaine of Gettysburg, Thomas Peterson of Phillipsburg, NJ; step-son, Daniel Hoffman of TX; grandchildren, Erik, Robert, Cassy, Ryan, Tyler, Irina, Nicholas, Colin; step-granddaughter, Nichole; great grandchildren, Austin, Harper, Star, Quintin, Dakota, Destiny, Christopher, Carter, Abigail; step-great grandchildren, Sean Luke and Benjamin. She was predeceased by her step-son, Jeffrey Hoffman and her granddaughter, Jeanine Stanton.
