Mrs. Stella Stefanowicz Byron, age 74, a lifelong Milford resident, beloved wife of 52 years to the late Robert D. Byron, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Milford Hospital, with her loving family by her side
Daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Komosa Stefanowicz, she was born in Milford, on February 13, 1935. Stella retired from Robert Shaw Controls. She was a longtime member of the Wepawaug Sam’s Motorhome Club.
Survivors include her loving children Robert D. Byron Jr. and Joseph William Byron and his wife Jody all of Milford, Patricia Byron Flanagan and her husband Michael of West Haven and Judith Byron Schultz and her husband Gregory of Newtown, and ten cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
