Stella Sexton, 83, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021. She was born June 8, 1938 in Columbia, MO to Harry and Annie (Driscoll) Smith.
She married Archie Sexton August 20, 1960 in Boone County and he preceded her in death. Also preceding her was her parents, four brothers, three sisters, and two sons-in-law Gary Bell and Donald Schudel.
She is survived by her children; Mary Sexton of Columbia, MO, Carol Bell of Clark, MO, and Wanda Schudel of Mexico, MO, seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a sister Linda Fenner of Hartsburg, MO, a brother Bobby Smith of Columbia, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Stella loved to be with her family and friends. She cooked, sewed, and hosted family get-togethers. She and Archie liked to go dancing and bowling. They played cards and board games with family and friends on the weekends. She enjoyed being a grandma and great-grandma. They would always brighten her day. If you knew Stella, you would know that every sentence ended in, “and everything”.
