Stella had been a billing clerk in West Hudson Hospital, Kearny until retiring.
She was the wife of the late Thomas E. Messineo (2001) retired captain of the Kearny Police Dept.
Stella is survived by her daughter, Madelyn Dunn and her husband, Daniel. Also surviving are her grandchildren Daniel Dunn, Allison Loots, Kathleen Holman and Mary Dunn; as well as her great grandchildren, Max and Evan Dunn, Olivia Loots, Chase and Cameron Atupem.
