Stella A Carpenter, 91, of Goshen, passed away September 18, 2016 at her residence Goshen, IN. She was born on July 3, 1925 in Hymera, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Stella graduated from Hymera High School.
She retired from Delco Remy in Anderson after 30 years of service where she worked in production.
Stella is survived by her granddaughter, Heather A Hodgson and (Companion Jonathan Walden) of Goshen; grandson, Charlie Craig of Goshen, IN; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Aleister Morrison, and Sadie Morrison; Niece, Stephanie Laswell; Great-Nephew, Justin Williams; Special family, Angela Craig and Buddy Craig.
She was preceded in death by father, Dobbie Duckworth; mother, Marjorie Duckworth; husband, Calvin Carpenter; 2 sisters, Evelyn Grace Rimmel, and Theddy Duckworth; son, James E Hodgson, Jr.
