Stefano Buonocore, 85, passed away on Sunday, January 15th. He was born in Naples, Italy on December 26, 1931 as the sixth of ten children. Stefano served in the Italian Army during World War II.
Stefano immigrated to the United States via a 12 day ship voyage in 1956 knowing very little English. He worked in the restaurant industry for many years.
Stefano was pre-deceased by his wife, Hannah on July 1, 1993 after 34 years of marriage. Stefano is survived by his children: sons Stefano Jr., David (Joy), Vincent, grandchildren Jennifer (Keith), Jessica, Michelle (Tim), Allison, Justin and three great-grandchildren.
