Stefan Glowka, 82, of Plainville, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Janina (Maslowski) Glowka for 61 years. Born in Poland, son of the late Jozef and Eleanor Glowka, he came to the U.S. in 1965 and lived in New Britain for many years prior to settling in Plainville 10 years ago. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, New Britain. Before coming to the U.S. Stefan was a glass crystal maker for 10 years. He retired from Atlantic Machine Tool Works after many years of employment.
