Joe S. Barker, 81, of Boise, Idaho passed away of natural causes surrounded by his loving family and friends on Wednesday August 27, 2014. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Lillie Roene Hiner-Barker and Edward “Russell” Barker and older sister Lavell Missman. He is survived by his two brothers Jim and his wife Hellen of Boise, Idaho and Ed and his wife Marie of Arlington, Texas. He is also survived by his lifelong sweetheart Patricia Ann and four sons, with their wives Dale, David and Joy, Dennis and Marilyn and Jaimie and Ginger and their families, which include 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren (with 3 more on the way).
