Stanley Edward Phillips a resident of Diamond City, Arkansas died Friday December 17th, 2021, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
He was born in Davenport, Iowa on January 29th, 1954, to Donald and Ida (Suiter) Phillips. He married Lisa Harris on June 29th, 1991. He worked in construction most of his life until retiring after 15 years from Mountain Home Concrete in 2017.
When he was younger, he enjoyed spending time with his Ridgeview friends, riding his Harley, hunting and cold beer. In November of 1995 the family moved to Diamond City, Arkansas where he enjoyed time on Bull Shoals Lake fishing, spending time at home with his family, watching NASCAR, playing video games, taking naps, watching tv in his favorite spot at the kitchen table and playing slot machines on his phone. He loved a good steak dinner, and he was a fan of the New Orleans Saints.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife of 30 years: Lisa Phillips of Diamond City, his daughter Ashley Ockerman of Davenport Iowa, his son, Neil (Ed) Phillips of DeWitt, Iowa, his daughter Katie Ratliff and son-in-law Gavin of Lead Hill, Arkansas, 3 grand children and his Mother-in-law: Shirley Scrogham of Diamond City, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Ida.
