Joe was born April 4, 1976 in Centralia, the son of Wayne Reed and Ginger (Tucker) Reed and they survive him in Centralia.
He married Susan March and they later divorced. In addition to his parents, Joe is survived by one son: Austin Reed of Centralia; extended family: Michaela Duncan of Centralia and Christoper Mullens of Centralia; one brother: Alan Reed and wife Rebecca of Dix, IL; one sister: Trisha Cole of Centralia; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Joe was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and one brother-in-law: Michael Cole. Joe enjoyed designing and making things with metal especially trinkets. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved his four-legged companion Paco.
