Stacy Annette (Vanier) Byers of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Saturday, May 13, 2017 near Waldron, Arkansas. Stacy was born March 24, 1969 in LaMarque, Texas to Charles Q. Vanier and Bertha E. (Pinkard) Vanier. Stacy was 48 years old.
Stacy was a kind and gentle person. She loved working with children which led to her receiving a Bachelor’s Degree and working as a Paraprofessional in the Waldron School District. Students and adults alike, enjoyed being around Stacy. She had a warm and encouraging manner. She always strived to help her students reach their full potential and excel. When Stacy wasn’t working or helping someone she enjoyed going to “PWAT” Painting with a twist. Stacy enjoyed her little dog. Stacy loved her family and looked forward to spending time with each of them and making memories. Stacy will be missed by everyone who knew her and the many whose lives she impacted, including a multitude of students, friends and loved ones.
Stacy leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 23 years, Charles Linden Byers of the home, one son, Charles Joseph Byers of Waldron, Arkansas, one step son, Robert Byers of Waldron, Arkansas, and her parents, Charles and Berta Vanier of Texas. Stacy is also survived by one sister, Christina Cheesman and two brothers Charles Vanier and Billie Vanier all of Texas and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
