Stacey Leigh Norwood, 53 of Cullman, Alabama was born April 11, 1969 to David Norwood and Frances Layman Norwood of Hartselle, Alabama. Stacey passed from this life peacefully on Sunday, September 18, 2022 surrounded by family at Cullman Regional Medical Center
Stacey was a graduate of Hartselle High School. She was a gifted writer who shared her talents with Hoffman Media, with articles appearing in Tea Time Magazine. Stacey frequently worked as a free lance writer for multiple companies and a web designer for up-and-coming businesses.
Stacey Norwood was passionate about the plight of homelesspets, and she shared her home with 3 dogs that she rescued. Her dogs, Oda Mae Brown, Molly Moo, and Foxxy Brown occupied most of her time.
Stacey was preceded in death by her parents, David and Frances Norwood.
Stacey is survived by her brother, David Norwood (Tracy Henderson Norwood) and cousins Jacqueline “Jackie” Jones, Johnny Jones, Lori Jones, and Brian Jones.
