Spencer passed away peacefully in La Paz, Arizona, October 5, 2021.
He was born in Brigham City, Utah, to Ronald and Rosalie Seber on May 7, 1966.
He was the best brother to Ronnie, Frankie, Debbie, and Torri. He was also, the best uncle to his nephews; Jesus, Manuel and Fernando; and niece Elizabeth.
Spencer will be missed and always in our hearts. We are blessed and grateful he is in heaven with his family on the Seber and Gallegos side.
