Mrs. Sophie Baima , 81, of Oglesby died on Wednesday, Dec. 26, in the Spring Valley Nursing Center. Mrs. Baima was born on August 17, 1926 in Oglesby to John and Theresa (Mazora) Markovich.
She married Joseph Baima who died on March 5, 1990. She is survived by one sister, Mary Baima, of Oglesby, one brother, John Markovich, of Carthage, Illinois one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister Jenny Willmeroth, and one brother George Markovich.
