Sonya “Gloria” Carroll, of Glen Burnie, passed away on July 6, 2015. She was born in Manhattan, New York on November 28, 1935 to the late Irene and Howard Webb. Gloria was a day care provider for many years and enjoyed cooking and gardening, but most of all, she loved being with her family.
Gloria is survived by her beloved children, Martine M. Milman, Lori D. Brown, Raymond C. Brown III, and Robbie Carroll; and her cherished grandchildren, Justin Brown, Christopher Brown, Philip Milman, and Alexis Zippler.
