Sonya Ann Rutledge 53, of Centralia, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.
Sonya was born October 23, 1964 in Vandalia, Illinois, the daughter of Dale Rutledge and Sandra (Thompson) Rutledge.
Sonya is survived by her son: Dalen Lewin and his father Dale Lewin of Centralia, mother: Sandra Rutledge of Bluford, three sisters: Tracey Dale Rutledge of Bluford, Susan Rutledge-Jukes and husband Larry and their children Heath, Keegan and AnnDaleigh of Winter Garden, Florida and Jodie Rutledge-Vargas and her child Ilan of Centralia; many cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father: Dale Rutledge, Paternal and Maternal Grandparents and a niece: Joselyn Rutledge-Vargas.
Sonya was a life long resident of Centralia, attending Field Grade School and graduating from Centralia High School. She graduated from Robert Morris Dental Technician School and from Kaskaskia College.
