Socorro M. Alcantar (Coco) was born on April 20, 1942 in Santa Rosa California and went to the Lord 1-28-12 surrounded by her sisters, numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Genaro and Maria Alcantar who will receive her in heaven with open arms plus her brother Jaiver and sisters Minnie and Alice.
Tia Coco loved playing games especially poker and lotteria, which was played with money. Coincidently guess who took it all, her. Somehow she always won, guess it was just luck. Coco was loved by so many of her nephews and nieces and her family.
She had suffered from diabetes and most recent her heart condition.
She is survived by her 4 sisters Carmen, Guadalupe, Connie, and Mary Louise (Licho), 2 brothers, John and Henry.
She loved to take pictures of everyone that she came across, her nickname was Valdez. She loved watching the Los Angeles Dodgers play and also The Price is Right.
