Sidney Eugene Meyers, 65, of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at his home. Sidney was born on February 14, 1956 in LaPorte, Indiana to George William Meyers, Sr. and Esther M. (Marsh) Meyers. He had been employed as a Metal Fabricator. On December 2, 1995 he married Renee Marker, who survives. Sidney is also survived by five daughters, Amanda (Jacob) Forsythe of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Amy (Jon) Luther of Fish Lake, Indiana, Lyndsay (Kurtis) Campbell of Lantana, Texas, Katherine (Jacob) Luczkowski of Edwardsburg, Michigan and Nicole (Eric) Farley of San Antonio, Texas; two sons, Joshua (Sonya) Marker of Springwater, New York and Daniel (Jennifer) Meyers of Elkton, Maryland; nineteen grandchildren; and seven siblings, Oren Meyers of LaPorte, Indiana, Robert (LaVonne) Meyers of Westville, Indiana, Ward (Arlene) Meyers of Brazil, Indiana, Shirley (Roger) Hamilton of Walkerton, Indiana, Wade (Carrie) Meyers of LaPorte, Indiana, Deloris (Jeff) Rhodes of Elkhart, Indiana and Herman (Janine) Meyers of LaPorte, Indiana. Sidney was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Kenneth Meyers and George William, Jr.
