Sibyl Evelyn Capehart, 90 of Rossville, passed away on Friday, December 7, 20102 in a local nursing home. She was born in Ringgold, GA on August 25, 1922 to the late James Arthur and Ludie Nuckolls Capehart and spent most of her life in the North Georgia area. Sibyl was first employed at Loveman’s in Chattanooga and was a hair stylist, later owning her own beauty shop that she operated for many years.
