Shirley Howard, 82, passed away peacefully in her sleep with her dog Spice by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband; Robert Howard, they were married 50 plus years. She is survived by her daughter; Marjorie Balch, son Bobby Howard (Susan), grandchildren; Tiffany Jeffries (Mike), Brian Balch (Stephanie), Jason Balch and one great-grandson; Jaxson Jefferies.
