Shirley is survived by her children Mike (Amy) Kay of Avon, IN; Brian (Julie) Kay of Indianapolis; and Karen Rodgers of Indianapolis; her 10 grandchildren, and her 21 great-grandchildren.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Vail and her husband, L. F. (Ted) King.
