Shirley Ritchie Waisner, 85, of Ramseur, went to be with her Lord on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Siler City Center.
Shirley was a native of Cabarrus County, a longtime resident of Randolph County and a member of Ramseur Wesleyan Church. She was employed in a variety of different jobs over the years, however her favorite job was being a pastor’s wife. Shirley had a servant’s heart and was a great supporter while working alongside her husband during his ministry. She loved everyone she met, greeting everyone with a big smile and sharing the love of Christ with them. Shirley was preceded in death by her dedicated husband, Rev. Gary Waisner, parents, Lewis and Mary Ella Safrit Ritchie, and five brothers and three sisters.
Survivors: daughter, Cynthia Waisner Moffitt and husband, Steve, of Siler City, son, Terry Lynn Waisner and wife, Lisa, of Asheboro, brother, Lynn Ritchie and wife, Kate, of Concord, grandchildren, Matthew Lynn Waisner and wife, Kim, Mark Leonard Waisner and wife, Amie, Ethaniel Lamar Moffitt and wife, Madalyn, great-grandchildren, Selah, Graham, Emmalie Waisner.
