Shirley Scott Williams, 76, of New Canton died November 26, 2013 at the Envoy of the Village Nursing Home in Fork Union. She was the daughter of the late Louise Evelyn Scott and the widow of Leroy Williams. She is survived by a sister, Pearl Lizzie Shaw.
