Shirley Rae Webb 79, passed away December 27, 2021, at her home in Ashton with her daughter and son-in-law at her side. She was born on May 19, 1942, in Flagg Ctr, IL to the late Clyde and Rose (Hintzsche) Schaneberg.

Shirley worked for Eaton, Del Monte, and Crest Foods, she co-owned the Huddle Restaurant with her husband Chuck and Jerry Williams and also co-owned Mel’s Tap with Mel Lawson. Shirley was a Green Bay Packers fan, was very patriotic, and enjoyed a collection of Eagles.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law April and Ben Fichter of Ashton and Darla Webb of Rantoul, IL. 1 brother William (Bill) Schaneberg of Franklin Grove, IL

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, 4 sisters Louise Hooberry, Rao Warning, Edna(Bunny) White, and Dola Boesecker, 4 brothers Robert, Leroy, Tim, and Dennis, and 1 grandchild Jamie Burhenn.
