Shirley Pitts Henderson of Remlap, AL went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2017. She was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church. She retired from State Farm Insurance. She regularly contributed to the Alabama Baptist Children’s Home and numerous other organizations. She and her husband always adopted a child for Christmas every year through the Hope House of Oneonta, AL. She is survived by her husband, Terry L. Henderson; sister, Jane Hughey and nephews.
