Williamsport, MD – Shirley Mae Williams, 80, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Cadia Healthcare in Hagerstown, MD.
She was born on March 19, 1942 in Mercersburg, PA to the late Lester William and Olive Virginia Blair Robinson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman Edward Williams, Jr. on April 21, 2008.
Shirley was a Homemaker.
She was a lifelong member of Calvary Temple in Williamsport, MD and was part of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was the Supervisor of the Children’s Nursery and she cleaned at the church for many years.
Shirley is survived by her daughter Sheryl L. Munson and her husband Donnie of Williamsport, MD; son Lester A. Williams and his wife Edna of Demotte, Indiana; daughter Virginia E. Kirby and her husband Paul of Hagerstown, MD; sister Dreatha A. Henderson of Martinsburg, WV; sister Margaret L. Myers of Hagerstown, MD; brother Robert V. Robinson of Williamsport, MD; brother Albert R. Robinson of Williamsport, MD; brother Dallas W. Robinson of Waynesboro, VA; brother Roy E. Robinson of Williamsport, MD; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son Roman E. “Eddie” Williams, III; sister Mary E. Lady; brothers Donald H. Robinson and Truman L. Robinson.
