Shirley McGill, 91, of Ottawa, died Monday morning, April 1, 2013 at RiverShores Healthcare and Rehabilitation Centre in Marseilles.
Shirley was born on September 7, 1921 in Woolstock, Iowa to Maurice and Nettie (Goodman) Malaise. She retired from Western Electric in Montgomery until retirement. She married Richard E. McGill on October 26, 1940 in Davenport, IA. She was a member of IBEW. She is survived by her son, Richard McGill of Marseilles and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1976, a daughter in infancy, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and 2 siblings in infancy.
