OBIT Shirley “Jeannine” Jones, 71, Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2010 at her daughter’s residence following a brief illness. Mrs. Jones was retired from WV Welding Supply where she was employed as an Executive Assistant. She was born in Dille, WV on July 24, 1938, a daughter of the late Brooks Conaway, and Opal Morris Conaway who survives. She is survived by her former husband, Clifford Jones; three children, Michael Jones and his wife Shelia, Morristown, AZ, Lynda Davis and her husband Greg, Lumberport, and Richard Jones, Clarksburg; six grandchildren, Amanda Mutafis, Tommy Mutafis Davis, Tori Jones Womack, Andrew Jones, Brooks Jones and Caitlyn Jones; four great grandchildren, Tayler, Drew and Cole Watson, and Mackenzie Powers; one brother, Eugene Conaway and his wife Sandy, Clarksburg; one sister, Karen Owens and her husband Ron, Clarksburg; and several loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jones volunteered at United Hospital Center for several years and was a member of the Barnes Memorial Baptist Church where she was also a member of the American Baptist Women’s Mission.
