Shirley F. Menne, 65, of 539 Route 973 East, Cogan Station, died Friday, July 8, 2011 at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center with her family at her bedside.
Shirley’s husband, John W. Menne, died August 24, 2010.
Shirley was a member of the Hepburn Baptist Church being very involved with their activities. She was a beautician having a shop, Hair Designer Studio, located at the Genetti Hotel.
Born Sept. 5, 1945 in Valdosta, GA, she was the daughter of Kermit Nolan and Maxine Lillian Cunningham Hester.
Surviving is a daughter, Kim Y. (Andy Kendall) Menne of Williamsport; sister, Patricia (Thomas) Seery of Arlington, VA; nieces, Bridget (Bob) and Cathleen Seery; grandchildren, Alicia Menne and Nicholas Kendall; step grandchildren, Andrew and Joshua Kendall; great grandchildren, Preston Bacon, McKenzie and Kaybee Kendall and Julian Moulter and her dog Buffy.
