Shirley E. Anderson, 77, widow of Charles Anderson, passed away Dec. 21, 2013. She was born Oct. 28, 1936 in New Haven, daughter of the late James and Helen (Stoddard) Cullen. She is survived by her son, Richard Anderson; her daughter, Cynthia (Lester) Wilson; two grandchildren, Stacy and Anthony; several nieces and nephews and a sister, Eileen Sutphin. Shirley was predeceased by three sisters, Peggy Cullen, Helen Cullen and Loraine Reynolds; two brothers, Danny Cullen and Richard Cullen.
