Shirley Ann Vancise, of New Lothropdied peacefully at The Meadows of Owosso on October 13, 2023, at the age of 86.Shirley was born on January 8, 1937, the daughter of Freda Kurtz. She graduated from St. Michael Catholic School, and went on to marry Richard Dick Vancise on November 7, 1959. Together they had two children, Mark Vancise and Vanessa Vancise. Shirley worked as a hairdresser at Georges in Owosso for many years, before becoming a loving homemaker.Shirley was well known for always looking elegant. Always having her hair done, makeup on, and dressed to the nine. She was a wonderful homemaker and housewife.
