Reverend Shirley Ann (Collins) Rosier Norman, age 73, of Markleysburg, PA, went to spend her eternal life with the Lord Friday, January 21, 2011, at Grafton City Hospital. She was born in Morgantown, WV, November 29, 1937, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Collins. Her husband, Donzel G. Norman preceded her in death in 1982. Reverend Norman was retired having served as a minister of the Church of the Brethren. She was a member of the Union Chapel Church of the Brethren of Markleysburg, PA. She was an avid gardener and loved to read and travel. Surviving are: six children, Melissa Ireland, of Philippi, WV, Melanie Maxson, of Grafton, Melinda O’Donnell and husband Mark, of Pittsburgh, PA, Glenn and LuAnn Rosier, of Philippi, WV, and Ruth Simons, of Grafton; fourteen grandchildren, Ky, Jason, Ashley, Nicole, Mark, Sean, Steven, Kristina, Ryan, Justin, Zachary, Shelby, Tristen, and Philip; eight great grandchildren; and four step children, Norma Mowrey and husband Ron, Wayne Norman, Donnie Norman, and Eddie Norman. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one sister, Lorraine.
