Shirley Ann Willhite, 83 of Freeport died Sunday, August 8th at Pearl Pavilion, Freeport. Born December 6, 1937, in Orangeville she was the daughter of Raymond and Louella (Pinnow) Kopp. She married Dale Albert Willhite on September 1, 1956, in Orangeville.
She worked 21 years at Micro Switch Company in Freeport. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, crocheting and playing the slots for fun.
Surviving is her husband, Dale of Freeport; her children, Debra (Ronald) Wubben and Sandra Schadewalt both of Freeport, and James (Debra) Willhite of Orangeville; her brothers, Gale Kopp of Warren, Kim (Cindy) Kopp of Ridott, and Steven Kopp of Freeport; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; and 2 sisters, Joyce Hessenius and Norma Fleming and her son-in-law, Robert Schadewalt.
