Shirley A. Crain Kellogg, 72, Anderson, passed away November 7, 2008 at St. Johns Health System, Anderson Indiana after an extended illness.
She was born July 27, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Shirley lived in California for some time and Indiana for several years. She was an Independent Sales Representative for Avon for many years. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church where she played the piano. She was a member of the Ivy Rebekah Lodge and Royal Neighbors. Shirley loved to cook and was an avid gardener.
She is survived by her children, Bryant Barger of South Carolina, Annette Bryant of Tacoma, Washington and Nathan Barger of Los Angeles, California; brother, Richard Kerry Crain of Anderson; sister, Dorothy Dick Demaree of Madison; grandchildren, Anthony Thomas and Nathan Barger Jr. and one great grandchild, Aliyah Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Kellogg and her parents, Chester & Virginia Francis Crain.
